The venue is conveniently located in a suburban area near the airport and close to various parts of the city and county. The hotel offers good service to its guests. The food at the hotel was delicious with a wide variety of options available.

The rooms were big size and had hypo-allergenic pillows. Pay TV, a laptop-compatible safe, and a cable TV with on-demand movies were appreciated.

The breakfast was mediocre, but the restaurant had excellent food. The staff in the restaurant were amazing. The bed in our room was very comfortable and we slept well. We also liked having restaurants on the premises, and the covered parking near the entrance was convenient. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Great room for the price we paid.

This hotel could use some updating in general. They may be in the process of doing this. Our room was comfortable and large. It had an odor to it that I remember form hotels in my childhood (I am 60). The rooms are dark, not enough light for the size of the room. The bathroom could, for sure, be updated. A dribble of hot water on one side of the double sinks... smallish shower. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows as well. The halls were dark too. Al this being said, it was clean and the people were nice.

The location of this hotel is great for exploring nearby attractions like Busch Stadium, the Fabulous Fox Theatre, and the St. Louis Zoo. Additionally, there are drink machines nearby, perfect for quenching your thirst after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel itself has a charming old-world vibe, adding to the overall experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a double vanity in the bathroom for added convenience.

The front desk staff could have been more informative about the separate building where the room was located.

Already commented to staff but the dining room for breakfast and lunch was superb!!! The servers were really more than friendly..went out of ther way to make us feel a very real part of "family" almost. Can't say enough about this location and the ambiance...only down side is no queen beds ..either double or king. No doubt would stay there any time and your on line booking was excellent as well Raaaaalph C Logan
